DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Some of our gifts take longer to make than others, timescales are estimated and we would advise to order as far in advance as possible.

Free UK delivery – Minimum order value is £10 delivery normally 2-3 days with royal mail (unless otherwise mentioned)

Express Delivery – 24 Hours if ordered before 12 noon we will despatch products for next day delivery the same day (Mon – Fri). Please note that we use Royal Mail 24 they have a 90% next day rate so 9/10 chance it will arrive next day. For example an item ordered 11am on Monday should arrive the following day (Tuesday), Item ordered 2pm Friday should also arrive Tuesday. Please allow for public holidays.

If your delivery address is outwith the mainland UK please allow an additional 2 days for delivery.

RETURNS

 
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. Please contact us at CS@Hoolaroo.com we aim to respond within 24 hours.

2. Customised Products

2.1 All customised gifts sold by Hoolaroo.com are made-to-order according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order.

2.2 As our customised products are personalised and made specifically for each individual customer, they are non-returnable. This means we cannot accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for these items unless they are faulty or not as described.

3. Faulty or Not as Described Products

3.1 If your product is faulty or not as described upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a refund.

3.2 To make a claim for a faulty or not as described product, please provide clear photographic evidence, a detailed description of the issue, and your order number.

4. Cancellation

4.1 Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order is in production.
